B. Spears
January 20, 2008 at 4:55 am (2008, E!, ET, Eonline, MTV, MTV sucks, Sleeze, abuse, anna nicole, britney spears, celebrity, culture, drugs, entertainment, fall from grace, hollywood, mothers, music, paparazzi, problems, sad stories, starlets, tragedy)
Everyone these days seems so interested in the madness that is Britney Spears and for good reason. The girl went from being one of the most sought after singers to a sad E! True Hollywood Story. I mean, the girl obviously has issues. She locked herself in the bathroom with her young son and she looked dazed and confused when photographers were taking pictures of her in the ambulance. But think about it… what would you do if you were Britney Spears?
I think there are a lot of factors working against this poor girl- her marriage to a loser (KFED), having children so soon after marriage, super-stardom since she was 17 (younger if you count the MMC), a high-profile relationship and breakup with Justin Timberlake (her first true love), slumping cd sales, her parents divorce, the horrible people that surround her, her mother, her management (Larry Rudolph) and a laundry list of other issues that we don’t even know about (possible drug addiction, alcohol abuse, and possible post-pardum). I think the girl needs help. However, I was reading something recently on MTV and it pissed me off.
MTV is by far one of the worst television stations. Why? Well back in the day it used to play oh, i don’t know- Music videos! But now all they play are Real World Challenge episodes and shows that make whores 15 minute celebrities. That network has 0 credibility and I think they need to back off the whole Britney issue just as much as the other entertainment shows and publications. MTV posted a “News” article stating that news organizations are in the beginning stages of planning an obituary for Britney because she is in such bad shape. Now, I think that is a bit extreme and uncalled for. MTV has no right planning something like that and even having those terrible thoughts. The girl needs help. Stating that you are planning her tribute is not helping. What the hell is wrong with MTV for doing this?
I hate the idea of people following this girl all the time because this is fueling her hunger for fame. She is famous for being a train-wreck. That’s not a very positive thing to be famous for. I know a lot of people used to make fun of her because of her cheesy songs but you know what? She was making a lot of people happy. Now she is making everyone sad because she is slipping further down the Hollywood Vortex of lost stardom. The cameras need to leave her alone and the entertainment channels need to back off. It’s too much, guys. The girl needs help.
Who knows what’s going to happen to Britney but I certainly hope she doesn’t turn out like Anna Nicole. I think she loves her kids and she would do anything for them like any mother should. I think she needs to help herself, though. The first thing to do is get rid of that sleazebag of a “boyfriend”. That guy will certainly burn in hell for encouraging this media blitz. He needs to be cut and then I think there is some serious hope for this young woman. She is a great entertainer and I think she has the ability to put her life back together.

Well said. I also heard two or three new stories about her. First one is that she lost right to see children, second is that she turn to islam
Poor girls, she has a lot of issues.

I think that Britney will end up JUST like Anna Nicole. It’s sad that no one can’t seem to stop her. Every day it gets worse, and after losing her kids, I didn’t understand how that was possible….
