What’s the Deal with Robbie Dyrdek?
About 2 months ago I wrote a post about Rob and Big and since then it’s been my top post. I have gotten several emails and comments asking me more and more information about Rob Dyrdek and Christopher “big black” Boykin. Most of the posts are about Rob’s personal life. I think it’s kind of funny that people think I know something about this man’s personal life… I am just a fan of the show. I do know that Rob and Big have Myspace pages (which they draw attention to on the show). I do know that Big was recently married and that Rob is in a relationship. I think it’s funny that people are so interested in knowing so much about Rob Dyrdek. He is a cool guy on TV but I think what he did in his professional life deserves far more attention than who he is hooking up with.
Rob is an impressive skateboarder and businessman. He has had his own company since he was 18 years old (more than most can say) and he has several endorsements i.e. Monster Energy Drinks, DC Shoes, Alien Workshop and SKATE video games. I just find it funny that so many people have responded to my previous blog entry. I hope this information is helpful in learning a little more about Rob Dyrdek.

I totally agree that they deserve more professional props. They have made it big by keeping it real and that is tough to do these days.
They’ve built an empire on being themselves in a time where most people lose (or willingly give themselves up) to get ahead. Mad skills and doing work definitley contribute to their successes, and their show helps to. But, in the end, business smarts will get them where they want to be and they both seem to posess the know how to succeed.

i love rob i mean he so cool being able to mantane a tv life personal life and a bissnuse! personaly i would go nuts and end up hiding in a black hole……..
anyway to know more of his personal life where do i go? and no offence but a little more info like who his girlfriend is a name or age mabey and how old rob is (i sadly do not no) and (if he’s in my age range,) where you could meet up and “bump in to him” to go out with him
plz respond asap!!!!!

I’m a acquaintance of Rob. I met him at his house when he was having a bunch of people over for a small party ish thing I guess alittle over a year ago.
He’s a pretty nice guy, loooooove talking about himself. But you can’t fully blame him for stuff like that he does has a lot going on.
He has had a few girlfriends in the past like every normal guy. But with the new fame with the show he’s more into hooking up with chicks.
He’s 33, almost 34 in June. If your 23 your in his age range haha. So good luck if you ever do run into him.

I agree with Rachel, the shows funny and his personality was pretty funny.
That’s why I was excited to meet him and when we exchanged numbers I was thinking he was going to be the sweet and nice guy he comes off as on the show.
But I was wrong, he IS a low class player and arrogant.
So if your a respectable girl with standards, he’s not the guy for you. You’ll be sorely disappointed.

Single doesn’t necessarily mean not in a relationship, it just means he hasn’t tied the knot yet. Everybody whose not married has to file single on their income tax, so until you are thats your status. Personnally i think rob is fine, why shouldn’t he be arrogant, of course every girl that thinks hes attractive is gonna throw themselves at him, hes talented, funny, sexy and rich. Maybe he wants a girl thats gonna want him for him not “rob & big” and when you have a reality show its hard to find someone that isnt going to compare you to your character. Of course your not entirly yourself on national tv. I Know if i got to party with him i would be fascinated by anything he could tell me about himself is when not on the show considering we dont get to see that. Maybe being a low class player makes it easier not to commit. He has so much going on in his life he probably isnt ready for commitment; Just a really good friend with benefits
